Refund 
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We offer every domain listed on NameEstate.com with a 60 money back guaranty no questions asked. You got 60 days from the moment you pressed "buy it now" to return the domain to NameEstate.com.


If you want to return a domain within the 60 day period, send an email to info@nameestate.com stating the domain name, date of purchase and registrar.  one of our representatives will contact you regarding your request and explain what are the steps necessary to move the domain back to NameEstate.com ownership.

Once the transfer of the domain get into our position we will fully refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the domain.

Refunds (if applicable)
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nameestate.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
